The Augusta Lions Club, in collaboration with dedicated community businesses and organizations, is thrilled to announce the annual Augusta Community Night Out will take place on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 from 5pm - 7pm (first Tuesday in August). This beloved community event, is our take on "National Night Out," and will feature the exciting presence of local fire trucks, K9 officers, and police cars, offering a unique opportunity for residents to interact with their first responders. This FREE event is packed with activities and entertainment for all ages.
What to Expect:
- Free Food: A delicious complimentary meal for everyone in the air-conditioned Augusta Senior Center!
- Fire trucks & Police vehicles: Meet our local fire and police heroes. Tour the fire truck!
- Live Music & Karaoke
- Vendor Fair: Explore unique offerings from local businesses and organizations.
- Food Walk: Try your luck and win a delicious food basket!
- Yard Games & Bubbles: Fun for the whole family!
- Free Carnival-style Games: Ring toss, duck pond, and more!
- Fantastic Door Prizes: You could be a lucky winner just for attending!

Community Night Out is proudly sponsored by the Augusta Lions Club in collaboration with the Augusta Police, Augusta Bridge Creek Fire Department, Augusta Senior Center, Augusta Area Foundation, and Augusta area businesses and organizations.
