Request Support

The Augusta Wisconsin Lions Club is dedicated to serving our community. If your non-profit organization helps the Augusta, Wisconsin community, you may be eligible for support. Projects focusing on Lions Club causes will be given priority. Lions Clubs International Global causes are Childhood Cancer (Gold Ribbon), Hunger (Orange Bowl), Environment (Green Leaf), Diabetes (Blue Hands), and Vision (Purple Eye). Lions Clubs International Foundation Global causes are LCIF Disaster Relief (Dark Blue Cloud Lightening), LCIF Humanitarian Efforts (Red Hand reach) and  LCIF Youth (Teal Children). 

To request assistance, please submit a detailed proposal that includes the following information:

• Project Description: Clearly explain the project or cause for which you are seeking support.
• Non-profit Details: Provide information about your non-profit's mission, goals, and activities.
• Financial Needs: Specify the amount of funding or support you are requesting.
• Volunteer Needs: Specify if you would like Augusta Lion Club members to volunteer, and what tasks you need assistance with. 
• Impact and Outcomes: Explain how the Lions Club's support will make a difference and what the anticipated outcomes are.
• Other Funding: Detail any other funding sources you've pursued or plan to pursue.
• Why Lions Club?: Explain why your project aligns with the Lions Club's values and mission.

Please submit your request to us by emailing AugustaWisconsinLions@gmail.com. We may ask you to present your request at our monthly club meeting or to our board. 

Before issuing any checks, we will require a copy of your non-profit letter and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). We would also appreciate a presentation to our club on the outcome of your project after our funding has been utilized.
